Shahid Khan (Jaideep Ahlawat) loots trains in British era, under the false name of bandit Sultana Daku. When the real bandit Sultana finds out, Shahid and his family are expelled from their village. He ends up working in a coal mine in Central India to earn his living. Shahid’s wife dies after giving birth to a son and he is unable to help her due to cruelty of mine owner, Ramadhir Singh (played brilliantly by Tigmanshu Dhulia), who does not give him leave to see her and also kills him.

Sardar Khan(Manoj Bajpai) is the son of Shahid Khan, who is raised by the friend of his father. He is keen to avenge his father’s death who got killed by the mine owner. But Sardar Khan also has a intense rivalry with another family of Wasseypur - the Qureshis. What happens in this complex and violent triangle? Watch the movie for more details.

Overall, the movie is good, but may not be suitable for family type of audience. It has lot of violence and explicit language.
